Black Flag is the third craftbeer in Oproer Brewery's permanent bottled collection. This cascadian dark ale is a hybrid of an IPA and a stout: dark in color, full-bodied, but also chock-full of hop-bitterness and flavor.
Inspired by the name I first made up a story around the Black Flag and made a little comic out of it. Later I derrived the label from it.
It's all about pirates and kraken, man, I had a blast! Ahhrrrrrr!
